Possibly but largely: unfamiliar territory for the vast majority of physicians, including myself, because HkPP is so rare. While thirst, voiding & body control are under brain control 24/7, the mechanisms remain poorly understood & many theories long promoted which do not fit many clinical situations. Thus whether more psychological vs. neurological remains a largely inseparable distinction unless can test some way.
