sharp pain upper right under rib cage & back shoulder blade. soft stools with mucus no gallbladder,fatty liver,high triglycerides idea causing pain?

Right rib cage pain: Could be a retained stone especially if the gallbladder was removed laproscopically or biliary dyskinesia. may also be scarring or what is know as Postcholecysectomy syndrome. You have fatty liver and elevated Tg .Fish oil daily ( 2000 mg) can help with elevated TG . Please call you doctor in AM or visit urgent care/ ER you need evaluation and checking LFT, ultrasound possibly CT
