hi it seems i have strep (lots of white spots on tonsils, 3+days of sore throat) but today i lost my voice..any thoughts on what caused that?

See a doctor: White spots on the tonsils could mean strep throat, but not necessarily. It could be a virus, and either one could cuase laryngitis with loss of voice. There are other less common infections as well that could do this. But if strep, you definitely need to know in order to get an antibiotic prescription. See your doctor ASAP. Good luck!
