BlowOneNostrilATime: Use the same ear spray you used to unclog your nose. OK,I'll assume that didn't work.Try an over the counter combination decongestant that contains an antihistamine and mild vasoconstrictor(e.g.Sudafed products).Also,lying down and trying to get the nasal spray to the way-back of your throat(via the nose).Also, careful nasal insufflation(blowing your nose) so you don't blow air back into the ears.

Fluticasone: Flonase works quite well. It just became available over the counter without the need for prescription.
