See your dentist: it is very important any infection be stopped especially after being on Augmentin (amoxicillin and clavulanate). Return to the doctor who removed your teeth to resolve your problem

Call your surgeon: Your oral surgeon is best prepared to handle any post operative complications. The reason that you still have an infection needs to be determined.

See your surgeon: I would advise you to go back to the oral surgeon to evaluate for infection or for possible dry-socket. These conditions could cause severe pain in your ear.
