hello, i woke up about 4 nights ago with slight pain in my upper right back. hurts when i move certain ways or take deep breath. now hurts laying down?

Musculo-skletal: pain. Could be costo-chondritis, intercostal neuritis type thing. Doubt if it is pleuresy or pericarditis. See your doctor. Take care.
