A 25-year-old female asked:
for last 2 years have hypoglycemia through the day will drop to 45-70 due hkpp i believe. could this cause diabetic neuropathy?

Totally confused: You think you have HKPP, an exceedingly rare disease. Why? Do you become completely paralyzed at times? Hypoglycemia may precipitate HKPP, not the reverse. Diabetes is a condition of persistently HIGH blood sugar, not low. Sounds like you've been doing "research" (grimace) on the Web & misinterpreted or misunderstood everything you've read. Need to find someone who will explain it all to you.
