No difference: For all intents and purposes, aerobic and ' cardio' are equivalent . Running swimming , elliptical , bicycling etc. are all exerdises when done for 30 min / day 5 days a week wil increase your aerobic capacity and cardiovascular fitness. Get started... Best of Luck!
