does allergic conjunctivitis respond to the eye drops for bacterial conjunctivitis? and vice versa does bacterial respond to antihistamine drops?

Generally no. : If it is a bacterial infection, it should only respond to antibiotics much like allergic conjunctivitis should only respond to only allergy drop like antihistamine/and or mast cell stabilizer drop.
