i have these lil bumps that look like warts inside my inner thigh. what is it and how ccan i get rid of them?

Skin bumps: They may be warts as HPV lesions may involve genital areas and adjacent skin. It may be best to have the lesions seen and biopsied to exclude some of the more significant lesions that might present in this way. Once you have a diagnosis, the cure can begin.
