A capsule?: Haven't seen a true capsule for tramadol (they always seem to be tablets). So, one can bring the capsules back to the pharmacy or doctor to confirm they truly are tramadol. Perhaps the capsule is a combination drug, containing tramadol and something else. As for the symptoms, one can ask her primary doctor to see if it may be an allergic reaction to a drug, or be part of the original illness.

Peristomal wound: When i see a patient who has difficulties with peristomal wound or pain, i generally try to ascertain cause. Usually, if there is no underlying pathology, the skin is irritated by the adhesive. Using a hydrocolloid dressing beneath the adhesive may reduce the difficulties.

Is it bad to take aspirin and nurofen together? I woke up with a terrible headache, and took an aspirin. Now I have some bad period pain :(

Ok if short-term use: Nurofen contains Ibuprofen (motrin or advil (ibuprofen) in the U.S.). Aspirin is a similar anti-pain, anti-inflammation drug, but Aspirin can cause more stomach upset. For typical, occasional headaches and/or menstrual pains, using normal doses of either or both on the same day is probably ok (for short-term use). A doctor should evaluate bad pains or prolonged symptoms to rule out more serious problems.
