hello i have cramping in my lower right abdomen like a period cramp but worse and blood but only when i wipe also back pain mostly on my right side 2 weeks before my expected period. what could this be?

Ovulation pain: Mid cycle pelvic pain may be an indicator of ovulation, not everybody feels it, some do. Nothing need to worry, if pain persist need to be checked out to rule out infection or other pathology.
