I have been experiencing shooting vaginal pains for three days. i'm 64, radical hysterectomy in 1983, one ovary saved. could this be an ovarian cyst?

Broad differential.: The differential diagnosis is broad. The cause of your pain could indeed be ovarian in etiology. However, it is not uncommon for other disease processes (such as kidney stones) to refer to groin area as well. More history, exam, and possible imaging studies may be needed to give you a good answer. Hope this helps!
