what could be preventing me from losing weight? im exercising, cut all junk foods except for once in a while, eating healthy.

Weight gain: It seems that you are taking all the right steps towards weight loss. I would also check basic blood work and hormone levels to make sure there is nothing else that could be contributing to weight gain.
