Enlarged uterus: From what she described her uterus is mildly enlarged. The endometrium measuring 1.7 cm is not unusual at this point in her cycle. Technically you should be somewhere midcycle and the endometrium will be thickening in this phase. As long as they were not able to see a polyp within the endometrial cavity or a fibroid tumor which is benign, then I would proceed conservatively.
