I usually experience muscle twitching in different part of my body and muscle pain when i sleep. what is the cause of this? how can i prevent it?

PLMs: greetings, you most likely are experiencing restless legs and possibly associated periodic limb movements of sleep. Your symptoms could be related to magnesium or potassium deficiency. Too much caffeine can cause muscle twitching. Calcium levels high or low can do this. Dehydration should be avoided. A supplement Norival can be helpful. 99mcg potassium and magnesium 200-800mg daily can solve it.
