G'NightSweetPrincess: At your age, you need a full evaluation by a doctor (preferably a cardiologist) to evaluate the current condition of your heart. You may have a long term complication of your prior heart problems or a new development or, more likely, both. Either that, or have a new bed constructed so you can sleep upright more comfortably. I prefer the former suggestion and as soon as possible for you.
