Don't worry: This is not uncommon and not cause for concern. The lump that you feel now is probably a tiny inclusion cyst, and is probably the same thing as what you had in your 20's. Inclusion cysts often resolve over time, and just as the one that you had in your 20's resolved, so should the one that you feel now.
