Myasthenia: It is a Neuromuscular disease characterized by muscle weakness & fatigue, mostly from circulating antibodies that block Acetylcholine receptors at neuromuscular junctions. Treatment is with Acetylcholine esterase inhibitors or Immuno suppressants.
