Miscarriage?: If you had a positive pregnancy test at one point, and a delayed but heavier "period", get a serum HCG test , which is much more accurate than "home tests". Even if you experienced a miscarriage, it is very common with first pregnancies, and does not really affect your future fertility significantly.
