May be, not sure: There is some research going on in this area. Right now we do not have proof that Dogs can help diagnose Cancer. They do have exquistive sense of smell and discrimination....so theoretically it is possible that dogs may some day help us with this problem.

Cancer: Tumor is a term gor a mass or lump. The causes can be a large number of things. Malignant means cancer. Sometimes when a patient has cancer the malignant masses are called tumors. This is not a specific term.
