Avoid contact, flexs: using certain exercise machines that put pressure right on the cubital tunnel can cause aggravation of ulnar neuritis. If you have subluxation of the nerve then exercises involving repetitive flexion and extension could also aggravate your problem. Ask an orthopedic specialist regarding these potential issues and he can recommend physical therapy to guide you along.
