If by BDD you mean: Body dysmorphic disorder, then the most common medications used are the ssris. These medications include: prozac, zoloft, paxil, (paroxetine) celexa, and lexapro, since bdd is believed to be linked to low serotonin levels in the brain, these medications help to increase serotonin levels. Cognitive behavior therapy is also shown to be very helpful, with the combination of the two being the most successful.
