Yes: Yes. Initially and for a while. The laws of physics don't change over time. If a person drinks more water, the person will have more water inside her body and thus more water weight. The more water one drinks, the more she will weigh... until her body can hold no more water, at which point she will likely get into trouble from having diluted out her bodily salts. So, think about this differently.
