Modulate your: Intensity. Regular, moderate exercise can combat atrophy that is sometimes seen with MG. Consider exercising in a way that stops short of muscle fatigue. Do something both pleasant and not stressful to help optimize your weight and reaffirm the positive, emotional feelings you attain through a regular exercise program.
