Fibromyalgia: 28 y male w. joint pain, palpitations, widely ranging pain & "stiff sore spine" might have fibromyalgia, which is predominantly found in females. IMO, FM in males usually follows upon a prolonged convalescence or a remote severe low back/pelvis mechanical injury. Medical evaluation is needed to rule out a systemic disorder. If none found, then see a Rheumatologist to evaluate for fibromyalgia.
