3 times a week: For weight loss diet is more important than exercise. Find out what is the right nutritious diet for your body type. It is good to exercise, but keep it in moderation. Sleep is another important factor for weight loss- I would go early to bed- 9 to 10 pm . Find out why you gained weight. Try to correct those. Different people- different causes. Exercise is not the answer for every body.
