Vitamin D 25/OH: The fat soluble vitamins VITD/VITA/VITK/VITE. Are best taken with a fatty meal to aid absorption. I usually recommend using coconut oil. I could find no drug interactions. PCOD IS difficult to treat. Try to stay gluten free WholeApproach.com and gutbliss.com. Also Moniter your glucose due to increased risk of diabetes
