Your question?: 1st congrats on arriving in great health & especially for staying active via exercise & sports. If you like what you do, try to build up to it to avoid overdoing it & thus suffering strains, sprains, etc. If you're taking a statin, check w/your family doc to be sure it's not the cause of unexplained muscle aches. Swimming & H2O aerobics tends to be easier of joints. Don't forget good nutrition.
