Yes, seek help: If your trigeminal nerve was affected, it might take a while to heal. Talk to your doctor about a referral to a specialist.
With too much alcohol anything could go wrong.

Doubtful: If you think you have a problem with your facial nerves, or issues with too much alcohol, you need to see your doctor and address both. I have never seen or heard of sleep caused trigeminal nerve disorder.
