Clarify Panamax: Did you mean Panamax (aka acetaminophen)? If your headaches are characterized as something different from dull, aching, throbbing when they occur, then this is most likely why you do not note improvement with your headaches. Your headaches must be more neuropathic (stabbing, knife like, sharp, etc.)
