i am diagnosed with eczema, lately my left armpit has been very itchy ..can eczema be it or a infection?? its very uncomfortable!

Armpit itching: itching under armpits can be due to allergy or it can be infection as well (bacterial or fungal) it depends on other symptoms and how the lesion looks like, you should consider consulting your physician for making a definitive diagnosis
