im a 17 yr girl and 5'4 i weigh 180 lbs which makes me obese im already losing weight im really worried about my height my first period was at 11 yrs?

Height: Eating right- fruits, vege and water along with exercise are very important to bringing your weight to where it should be. It is not easy as our society is based on marketing bad things to us constantly, but you can do it. You have heard and seen the consequences of obesity. You likely will not grow any taller. You have 2-3 years after your 1st period to grow then your done growing.
