This means that it takes 14 hours for the body to eliminate half of whatever is present. Let's say you start at a level of "100" in 14 hours, the level will be "50". In *another* 14 hours, the level will be "25. And in another *14* hours, it will be "12.5" and so on. Levels will be negligible in 3 to 4 days.
