i always get dizzy and blurry eyes when im on a computer or standing up while my head is tilt down what can i do to make it better or who to go?

Dizzy: Hello! The dizzyness while on the computer can often be prevented by turning away from the computer and focusing on another object at a distance for 5 minutes every hour. The dizzyness while looking down could related to low blood pressure since you are on amilodipine. If it is associated with neck pain, I'd recommend further imaging. It may go away with repetition though as you train your brain.
