i am experiencing lower back pain when i'm laying down and doing certain movements.i have had my legs feel numb at sometime. what do you suggest i do?

It may be the pregna: It may be your pregnancy but it would be wise to see your physician and get this evaluated . Your obstetriciation can also clarify and you may f necessary you may even need to see a neurologist.
