No such thing: I'm sorry, Heather. If you have acne scars because your family didn't allow you to be treated by a scientific physician out of superstitious preference for "natural medicine", you have my deepest sympathy. An evidence-based dermatologist or plastic surgeon can offer you treatment with laser, microsurgery, and/or fillers. Nothing you do alone, or anything you can buy from an herbalist, will help.

"Natural medicine" is a fascinating subject, and a relationship with an evidence-based holist in your community might be very helpful to you, especially as adjuncts. But it's no substitute for 21st-century high-tech medicine when it actually has something to offer. Please be discerning, and recognize both the benefits and limitations of something, especially when it has emotional appeal.
