i have chronic constipation that cause spasms and severe pain. after i have one of these episodes my urine turns almost a tea color any ideas why?

Exam time! ASAP!: While you set up an appointment, start drinking lots of water. You may be dehydrated. But this is definitely a reason to be examined ASAP. Your kidneys may depend on your taking this seriously and they are really good to have working as well as possible. The water may help, but still have an exam. Best wishes!
