my diastolic bp is 63. 1. is that low? 2. i am 37 years old, and i do take meds for high bp. feel a little short of breath. is 63 too low?

Not low: A diastolic pressure of 63 is not considered low. Having said that, knowing the systolic blood pressure and prior BP readings is important as well. Such diastolic BP reading is unlikely to be the cause of shortness of breath if systolic BP is within normal range.
