aps affects balance, "brain fog" twitching muscles. cardio dr said has affected my heart valves as well. is this uncommon? any recommendations?

Yes : 37y fem. w. autonomic parasympathetic system disorder w. "twitching muscles, dis-coordination & brain-fog". Women w. Fibromyalgia, FM, experience same symptoms. Cardiologist says "heart valve" problem. Mitral valve prolapse /FM via inherited Hypermobility Syndrome. Echocardiogram easily defines MVP. FM cured w. aquatherapy, wt. loss, cannabis for depression mood & sleep, biofeedback, mindfullness.
