I am having lower abdominal pains with some slight diarrhea. it's a bad cramp type feeling. what could it be? go to doctor?

Not enough info: Do you have a fever? Any dietary "indiscretions" Which side is pain worse? Have you ever had this before? Re-ask your question with this info (at least)! Dr Z

Location,symptoms: Many causes, factors 1) Location-R lower -?appendix; R upper-?Gall Bladder; Generalized-?IBS, etc. 2)Symptoms- fever, nausea, diarrhea, bleeding, etc. 3) Factors-food /meds related; stress; positional, etc. In your case with your conditions, probably IBS. either treat symptoms or cause, I prefer to treat with SSRI's for Anxiety Syndromes; Need to work on Stress Reduction
