No easy way, but: with some determination, not wishes, you can lose weight, given that you have a new born, that puts more stress on your life, some time management, diet and exercise would do the trick, takes time though, drink lots of fluids, half of your plate would be vegetables/ green salad, lots of fruits, walk at least 30 minutes 5 times/ week, good luck

Not easy: Eat healthfully. Try to eat at least 5 servings of vegetables & 4 of fruit per day. Increase nutritional fiber. Avoid refined sugar & junk carbohydrates. Avoid alcohol, sweetened juices, soda & caffeinated beverages. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Do both cardio & weight training.
