How do you define...: "deadliest"? If you mean, which general type causes the most absolute number of deaths, then the top three are lung, colon and breast/prostate cancer. That's partly because they are so common. Others, e.g. pancreatic cancer, are uncommon but relatively more deadly. Almost any type is lethal if metastatic (wide spread) at diagnosis. Notable exceptions are leukemia, lymphoma, and testicular cancer.
