Therapy+Ensure: Yes, and while you await your first (ASAP) appointment w/ a good CBT therapist optimally w/ special experience in eating issues - consume a product like Ensure as directed and as you can tolerate it, add bits of any additional food you feel OK w/. Ask at a Health or Drug Store for ideas.
