Forgot to reheat a chicken breast i cooked the night before ( in fridge for 20 hours). am i at risk for listeria at 17 weeks pregnant? symptoms?

Some risk: There is some risk of listeria if chicken has not been reheated but the risk is very low as long as it was refrigerated soon after cooking and not left out. Hope this reassures you. Best wishes to you and the baby
