i have pretty bad gastroparesis. i've had symptoms (that i can recall) since march 2014. i had a csection march 2013. could the section be the cause?

Not likely: Gastroparesis is rather overused lately in trying to designate stomach functional issues. At a minimum you should have had a gastric emptying study to suggest stomach functional issues. In the presence of anxiety disorder/ depression symptoms may be accompanying the above and may get better once the main condition is controlled. Alternatively meds used to control anxiety may worsen stomach symptom
