Diabetes: Hi, first you need to get a Primary Care Physician to formulate a management plan which is suitable for you and the type of Diabetes you have. Then you got to follow your doctor's advice to get your sugar to an acceptable level before and after meal. Also you should adjust your diet to a lower carb and fat diet, try to lose weight and also increase your daily activity, good luck

Also, remember have your annual eye examinations to ensure early detection of diabetic retinopathy, cataract and other eye problems that can be treated. Early detection and treatment of most conditions ensures better long term outcomes.
