Normal Tpo Ab and Tg Ab; no Hashi's or Graves'. Have a multinodular goiter & Hypothyroidism. If not Hashi's, what causes my Hypothyroidism? Pituitary?

No autoimmune: so your multi nodular is is under production of Thyroxine no on immune basis , must see an endocrinologist to follow nodular goiter is it is cold or hot by Biopsy and follow as appropriate and tsp levels and t3, (liothyronine)t4
