No: Just clean the outer part of the ear with warm water on a washcloth. Her ear will be fine.
Dr. Katharine Cox

No: An ear infection comes from inside the throat and travels up a tube, called the Eustachian tube. This creates an infection behind the ear drum or thr tympanic membrane. Milk traveling from outside the ear is unable to cause an infection, All the best.
Dr. Lori Semel
Pediatrics 35 years experience
No: There is a barrier between the middle ear and the outside called the tympanic membrane that keeps things from going into the middle ear from the outside. Gently, with a warm washcloth clean the inside of the ea canal that you can reach. Do NOT use a q tip as this can cause damage. Oh, and dont worry!
