Have not been taking preventer, exercise induced asthma attack this morning, no blue inhaler with me at time, Ok now, should I do anything?

Pre medication: Use two puffs of Albuterol 10-15 minutes before exercise to prevent symptoms. The cool down period is also associated with bronchospasm. If you note chest tightness, wheezing, two puffs every four hours may be used, as you schedule a visit with your PCP. Avoid dust, smoke, pollen and mold.
